Tips For When You’re Depressed.

Avoid the news,

For it will give you the blues.

Have a talk

and go out for a walk.

Having a dance,

Will also enhance

your mood for a while,

Try to smile.

Paint and draw

and do some more

tasks in your day,

You’ll find a way.

Learn in a class

and this too shall pass.

When you’re depressed,

Don’t worry dear, have a rest,

Remember to weep

as you drift off to sleep.
